Create decks, write questions and answers, add tags and find a card with search.

Oboeteru
One memory at a time.
Vocabulary, a definition, an idea worth remembering: turn what you learn into flashcards. Oboeteru schedules reviews based on your answers and helps you make progress a little each day.
A little every day
Review today’s cards and rate what you remember. Upcoming reviews adapt to your answers, while your progress stays in view.
Stay in control
Your cards are saved locally. Import CSV or TSV and export a JSON backup. On Apple, Plus enables iCloud; the web keeps cards in your browser.
LaTeX, simply
Write formulas with $…$ within a sentence and $$…$$ in a block. Previews and reviews display your math even offline.
Photos and scans
Add photos and PDFs to your cards. On compatible iPhone and iPad devices, scan a page directly. Images stay in your library and backups.
Learn with images
Mask areas of a diagram, photo or scan. Each area becomes a card with its own review schedule: hide everything or just the area you need to recall.
Version 1.2 is in preparation. Get the current version on the App Store.
View Oboeteru on the App StoreStudy cards at your pace.
Version 1.1, available on the App Store: all local features are free. Try Plus for 14 days with no payment or automatic renewal. After that, choose a plan offered by your App Store to keep Plus and iCloud sync, or continue using the app locally for free. Trial subject to conditions.
In the upcoming version 1.2, the trial requires eligibility and at least one Plus subscription to be available in your App Store.
When your trial or Plus access ends, you can still use your cards on your device to study, edit, and export. iCloud sync requires active Plus.
Apple and web
Oboeteru is available on iPhone, iPad and Mac. The Apple Vision Pro version is not available yet. The web version remains private and is not offered to the public.
